A great border plant, with silvery woolly leaves and striking contrasting white star-shaped flowers. These plants are good for late colour, flowering from July to September. They grow to a height of 70-90cm.
Lychnis plants prefer full sun or part shade and well-drained soil. They tolerate dry sandy soils and coastal sites.
These are short lived perennials that re-seed freely.
